We are looking for an Escrow Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.
100% remote position - open to anywhere in the U.S.
Your specific duties will include:
- Provide support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions.
- Work directly with clients and their borrowers to cure title-related items such as judgments, and tax liens. Prepare and review documents for closing transactions.
- Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years experience in a related real estate or title field, is preferred but not required.
- This is an entry-level position as an escrow assistant. Escrow and Real Estate experience are not required. Open to candidates with Mortgage Admin or related experience.
