Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Assistant. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity based out of Scottsdale, AZ (Remote).

Required Skills:
Escrow, Closing, Disbursement, Organizational Skills, Closings.

Additional Skills:
Retail Sales, Problem Solving, Customer Service Oriented.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in a related real estate or title field preferred, but not required.

• Strong customer service orientation
• Detail orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Able to always maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

• Provides support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions.
• Work directly with clients and their borrowers to cure title related items such as judgements, tax liens. Prepare and review of documents for closing transactions.
• Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $24/hour to $24/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
