Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Assistant. This is a 6+month contract opportunity based out of Westlake, TX (Hybrid/Remote).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years title curative (real property) equivalent experience required
• Minimum education requirement - HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• Strong detail orientation
• Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

• Mid-level escrow disbursement support position in a fast-paced environment providing daily bank reconciliation for escrow offices.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of outstanding deposits and disbursements by handling checks, wires, and balancing files to lender instructions and lender wires.
• Support internal and external customers on issue resolution via integrated, email and phone communications.
• Responsible for ancillary functions such as check reissue, trial balance reconciliation and refund processes.
• Additionally, be able to review signed lender packages consisting of standard lender refinance packages, i.e. notes/security instruments, and affidavits to give funding approval.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $17.36/hour to $17.36/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
