Escrow Doc Audit - Marquee Staffing

As an Escrow Doc Audit associate, you will be involved in aspects of the reviewing loan documents prior to sending out to the lender. Your specific duties will include:

• Reviewing signed loan documents to make certain signatures are in the correct areas and that it has correct signature names.
• Scanning and uploading documents into our portal for client review.
• Stacking loan documents in specific order and packing documents via Fedex to go out the same day.

Job Requirements.

Specific qualifications for the Escrow Doc Audit position include:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a can-do attitude to make certain all work is completed timely each day and docs are not missed.
• Experience with reviewing loans docs is preferred but not required
• Extreme attention to detail to make certain the work is completed correctly.
