Busy Title Insurance Company is looking to hire an experienced Escrow Closer/Funder.
Responsibilities will include: escrow closings of both residential purchase and refinance transactions, preparation of settlement statements and related closing documentation and funding of refinance transactions closed remotely.

Skills needed:
- 2+ years of experience as an escrow closer
- Proficiency in MS Office and Soft Pro helpful
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with existing as well as new clients
- Positive attitude
- Team player
