Escrow Title Officer - Hire Up Staffing Services

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Escrow Officer with a passion for excellence in the title industry to join our esteemed client near the DFW Airport area!

Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 

Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage escrow transactions from initiation to closure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth escrow processes.
• Conduct thorough title research, resolve any title issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and review documents, ensuring they meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the title industry as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant.
• Active notary certification.
• Up-to-date Escrow license.
• Strong understanding of escrow processes, title documentation, property law, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
