The ESP Supervisor serves as the local subject matter expert on all things laundry and warewash, supports and develops the Phoenix Service team (6+ technicians), and helps drive and grow the overall service proposition. This is done by meeting service expectations and retaining existing accounts and helping to add new business and launch service offerings. Additionally, the Supervisor maintains a book of service accounts and completes routine service activities including: installing and programming units, performing monthly preventative maintenance checks, responding to reactive calls, answering questions and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:You will:
- Checks in regularly with Phoenix service technicians (6+). Answers questions and helps troubleshoot as needed. Serves as local subject matter expert for other technicians.
- Helps drive team execution against compliance standards, performance metrics, and goals
- Coaches and trains technicians in all facets of their role. Performs occasional QC and provides feedback to technicians.
- Leads/facilitates dish and laundry machine installations in Arizona. Communicates with all key stakeholders and completes job cleanup when finished.
- Responds to customer issues and complaints as directed. Helps salvage the business relationship with customers that are at risk.
- Works with Sales team to explain service proposition to prospects and helps open new accounts
- Personally manages a book of service accounts. Programs laundry and dish machines and performs monthly preventative maintenance visits. Responds to reactive/emergency calls within the specified time frame.
- Logs all service activities in vendor partner’s service portal for tracking purposes
- Trains customers how to use and maintain their warewash and laundry equipment. Offers tips and best practices to improve customer experience and reduce operating costs.
- Helps manage fleet of vehicles for Service team in Arizona
- Attends 1:1 meetings with the Division Laundry & Warewash Manager and provides weekly status updates
- Attends and helps lead parts of team meetings as directed
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
You have:
- Minimum of 1-year Electrical experience
- Minimum of 1-year Plumbing experience
- Active and valid driver's license and clear MVR
- High standard of workmanship and professionalism
- Good troubleshooting ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functions
- Proficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc.
