EXPOSURE
Every three months, spend approximately one week at a different plant in North America with the rest of your EOM Cohort—learning about our businesses, products, and operations and building strong camaraderie.
MENTORSHIP
Navigate through large and diverse business units alongside a dedicated mentor, who shares knowledge and advice essential to success and career development.
CHALLENGE
Work on projects that are a priority to the business and will challenge your skills as well as the old ways of manufacturing. Participate in various trainings to grow your technical and business skillsets in lean manufacturing practices, data analytics, business acumen, project management, presentation skills and more!
IMPACT
Enjoy our program’s focus on impact, from Day 1. You will experience a unique level of empowerment—including responsibility for concrete results—all while gaining invaluable experience within a condensed timeframe.
GLOBAL
Saint-Gobain operates in over 70 countries across various industries, including construction, automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, and life sciences. Upon completion of the EOM Program, you’ll have the chance to apply for the Essentials Global Experience Program, allowing you to work and travel for projects with Saint-Gobain businesses worldwide! _(Participants must have valid travel documentation, including a passport.)_

+ B.S. in an engineering discipline ( Mechanical,)
+ A desire to travel/willingness to relocate / valid passport required for international travel-
+ A desire to learn and leave your comfort zone

Our 18-month development program provides participants a full-time operational role, where participants will partake in a development program that is designed to increase their manufacturing skills and their exposure to Saint-Gobain. Participants are provided with classroom-based E-learnings, hands-on-action-based learning in operational environments as well as a plethora of networking opportunities all designed to accelerate your career development and future career growth. These trainings and quarterly travel opportunities are a requirement for program completion and full participation should be given, except for extenuating circumstances. While start dates for EOM program participants may vary, program activities kickoff each year in July and end 18 months later in December the following year. Upon program completion, EOM Engineers will work with HR to find an operational role in one of our nearly 160 sites throughout North America. While a final placement role is not guaranteed, the majority of EOM Engineer graduates are able to choose from multiple Saint-Gobain sites for final placement offers.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $68,700 to $106,300 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $74,883 to $115,867 . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
