You will work closely with clients to review and optimize their current Essette data structures, offering actionable recommendations to enhance their use of the platform and ensure it aligns with their business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary technical expert on Essette, ensuring clients maximize the platform's capabilities and functionality to meet their care management needs.
- Advise clients on industry best practices for utilizing Essette effectively, tailoring your guidance to their specific workflows and organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough reviews of clients' existing Essette data structures, identifying areas for improvement and providing detailed recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and configuration of Essette solutions, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest Essette features, updates, and best practices, sharing your knowledge with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Document all recommendations, decisions, and changes made to the Essette platform, providing clients with clear and actionable reports.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in healthcare or managed care environments.
- Familiarity with other care management platforms and tools.
- Extensive experience working with Essette Care Management software in a technical or subject matter expert role.
- Proven track record of advising on and implementing Essette solutions within healthcare or managed care settings.
- Deep understanding of Essette data structures, configurations, and integrations.
- Ability to analyze and optimize complex data systems and workflows within the Essette platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
