About the Job
A highly reputable law firm is looking to add a Trust & Estates Associate to their growing team!
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience as a trust and estates attorney
- MUST have either probate or litigation experience
- Prior trust, estate and conservatorship experience preferred
- Licensed to practice in GA
- Willing to train if applicant has a solid skillset as a civil litigator and/or prior financial services experience or if they only have knowledge in uncontested trust & estate matters but are willing to learn litigation side
