Schedule: 5 days per week with flexibility to work weekends as needed by the principals.
Hours: 40 – 50 hours are guaranteed

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing all maintenance contracts for the property

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a large estate in Coconut Grove.
- Manage and coordinate the work of household staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors, ensuring all services are performed to the highest standard.
- Oversee property maintenance contracts, including landscaping, pool care, and security.
- Monitor the property for needed repairs or improvements and coordinate timely solutions.
- Maintain property budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor payments.
- Ensure the estate is well-maintained and ready for the family's use at all times.
- Work closely with the principal to ensure all needs and preferences are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Estate Manager or similar role overseeing a large property.
- Excellent references from previous employers
- Strong hands-on skills with the ability to perform minor maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing staff and working with vendors and contractors.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of property management best practices and vendor management.
- Valid US Work Authorization
