Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to (and in good standing with) the Virginia State Bar
• 2+ years of practice experience in estate planning, probate/trust administration, conservatorships, and guardianships
• Strong ability to build meaningful and lasting client relationships
• Capable of managing cases independently while collaborating with a growing team
• Strong analytical skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
