Estate Planning Attorney at Nagler Group

Our client, a mid-sized Boston law firm, is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join their robust office!

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of Trust and Estate, a strong foundation in Probate and Estate Tax Return preparation, and preferably a book of business!

Must have an active Massachusetts Bar License, proven track record of managing complex estate plans, trusts, and probate cases, and be essential in providing top-level services to clients.

Responsibilities will include drafting wills, trusts, power of attorney, and other estate planning documents, managing probate and trust administration from start to finish, preparing estate tax returns for filing, while ensuring federal and state compliance.
