Location: Franklin, TN

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estate planning and probate law, with a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters. We are looking for a motivated attorney who is committed to delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and probate processes.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate plans that meet their needs.
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the estate planning process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Tennessee bar.
• Experience in estate planning and probate law (2+ years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
