Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Position Overview: We are looking for an Estate Planning Attorney with 1+ year of experience to assist clients in navigating their estate planning needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and options.
• Conduct legal research to stay current on relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized estate plans that meet their needs.
• Attend client meetings and provide ongoing support throughout the estate planning process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Virginia bar.
• 1+ year of experience in estate planning or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
