One of our top clients is seeking a talented and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their dynamic team. As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients on a range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Advise clients on tax implications of estate planning decisions
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and estate administration
• Counsel clients on asset protection strategies and charitable giving
• Stay up-to-date on estate planning laws and regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the Virginia Bar Association
• Experience in estate planning law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
