Our esteemed Trust & Estate firm, located in both Leesburg and Tysons, Virginia, is currently seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Associate to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 and provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners in a dynamic and thriving practice.

Key Details:

• Fully in-office position
• Active license in Virginia
• Candidate may be expected to commute between the Leesburg and Tysons offices, with a focus on the Tysons location
• Integral part of a succession plan for a senior partner specializing in estate planning
• The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and advancing our busy practice, assisting in turning files and ensuring efficient case management
• Our firm is widely recognized and respected in the Trust & Estate field
• Client base primarily consists of high net worth families with complex estate planning and estate administration needs
• Three out of the four partners are esteemed members of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, with the fourth partner in the process of applying
