Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:
- Must possess a Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate from American Bar Association (ABA) approved program
- Minimum of 5+ year’s experience working as a trust and estate planning paralegal
Must have experience in the following:
- Preparing probate estate and trust administration documentation
- Preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, deeds, and related documentation
- Communicating with clients regarding trust and probate estate administration processes
