Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $95,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive-based compensation opportunities for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics

Your Role as a Probate and Estate Planning Attorney:
- Provide clear, compassionate legal counsel to families navigating probate and trust administration
- Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure all documents and filings are accurate and timely
- Develop and implement sound legal strategies, guiding both clients and non-attorney staff
- Deliver estate planning presentations to clients, simplifying complex tools and helping them make informed decisions about their plans
- Ensure clients' estate plans align with their wishes and are communicated effectively
- Offer feedback and work with the team to improve service quality and client communication
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Hybrid: Remote and in Cary, NC
- Core hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshops
