Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in business law and estate planning
• Attention to Detail: Strong understanding of taxation as it pertains to business and estate planning
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, strong work ethic, drive, keen attention to detail, responsiveness, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
• Credentials: Excellent academic and professional credentials
• Specific Experience: Experience with designing plans, drafting documents, and client advising
