About the Job
A law firm is seeking an Attorney for estate/ probate litigation.
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar
- 8+ years of estate/probate litigation experience; tax experience is a bonus but not required
- Empathetic and level-headed demeanor to handle sensitive legacy planning matters
- Takes pride in building meaningful and lasting client relationships
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Driven to develop new client relationships or possesses a current book of business
- 1200 to 1800 billable hours
- A portable book of business is not required but would be a bonus
