What We're Looking For:

• Problem-solvers with a positive, can-do attitude
• Physically capable individuals comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and packing
• Reliable transportation, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license required
• Experience in estate sales, auctions, or as an eBay reseller is a plus

What We Provide:

• Competitive compensation: Starting at $20/hour for new team members, $20 - $22 hour or higher for experienced candidates

$20 - $22+ hourly DOE

• Evaluate the contents of a client's home to determine items suitable for donation, sale, or disposal
• Organize and photograph household items for online auction listings
• Safely pack and unpack belongings during the relocation process
• Maintain punctual attendance with flexible scheduling
• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing work conditions
• Demonstrate stamina, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude while addressing challenges
• Perform any additional duties as required

• Must thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills is required
• Previous experience in engaging social media marketing is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate with team members and excel in a team setting
• High School diploma or equivalent education is a prerequisite
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory
