As an Estate and Trust Tax Partner, you will:
1. Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio providing clients with expert advice on estate planning, gift tax, and fiduciary matters.
2. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' financial situations, ensuring compliance with multistate and federal regulations.
3. Prepare and review complex tax returns, identifying potential tax-saving opportunities and areas of risk.
4. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their individual needs.
5. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
6. Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying new business opportunities and participating in networking events.
7. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and legislative changes, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of the accounting and finance industry.
