LC Lash & Brow Bar is seeking part-time esthetician/lash artist looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. As a leader in the brow, lash & skincare industry we are seeking a candidate that is willing to work at least 20 hours a week. We are open Tuesday through Saturday with appointment only. Eyelash extension experience is a must! We are an independently owned and operated luxury lash and brow bar located in Alpharetta, Ga.

Your guests can enjoy a full set of set lash extensions with a brow wax & tint. We are an Award Winning salon. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Esthetician/Lash Artist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales Goals as outlined by Spa Management.
- Leads with a positive & professional attitude.
- This position is a part-time position expected to work at least 15 hours weekly at the spa including.
- Increase clientele by strategic and outreach marketing.
- Meet biweekly with the Esthetics staff & Spa Management.
- Performs services on clients.
- Demonstrates a high level of customer service.
- Attends all required trainings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed esthetician.
- Eyelash extension experience a Must.
- Able to perform brow tints, brow waxing, brow laminations, lash lifts & tints and facials.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience.
