Massage Envy Woodinville is a vibrant Skincare and Massage clinic with a robust and loyal clientele. We are expanding and seeking a talented Esthetician to join ourwork family of diverse and extraordinary artists and healers.

You must be Licensed in the State of Washington to perform esthetics for this role.

Pay:

Our Estheticians receive a base pay that starts at $21 per service-hour but that’s just the starting point! You earn commission on retail sales, enhancements, and advanced treatments. Ask about our Weekend Warrior program and earn an extra $4 per service-hour when you work Friday nights and weekends. Full Transparency - Our estheticians earned an average of $47 (including tips) per service-hour last month!

Schedule:

We’re offering a full-time schedule with afternoon to evening shifts for this position

What it takes to succeed:

We only succeed together, so we're looking for people with the passion and experience to be amazing. Those who thrive in this role are: 

• Well-skilled professionals or New Graduates who have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under their belts. You'll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in Washington State and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.
• Thirsty for knowledge, seeking ongoing training to build on their skin care mastery
• Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
• Skincare champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals. 
• Great teammates who show up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
