We are a locally and privately owned company that started out in 2012 with offering paintless dent repair services that quickly expanded into offering additional services such as auto and marine detailing and auto body repair. Reports To
The Disassembly Estimator will report to the Production Manager.
Job Overview
As a Disassembly Estimator, you will be responsible for both disassembling vehicles to thoroughly accessing all related damage and creating precise repair estimates according to OEM repair procedures from the vehicle manufacturer. This dual role requires knowledge in vehicle anotomy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to operate tools and equipment. Problem solving and communication skills are essential to meet company standards of safe and proper repairs.

Pysical requirements: Able to lift 45lbs, as well as stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and bend for extending periods of time
Not Necessary but beneficial
1-year of auto body experience
Experience with tools and equipment
Able to drive a manual transmission
Familiar with CCC One or other estimating software
Job Duties
Scanning vehicles
Disassemble vehicles
Organize disassembled parts
Inspect vehicles and parts for damage (broke, scratched, dented, cracked, peeling, etc.)
Document damage
Create supplements
Effectively communicate with insurance and clients
Assemble vehicles to factory specifications
Collaborate and effectively communicate with team members and insurance adjusters
Maintain a well organized work environment
Research repair procedures
Perform additional tasks that are assigned by manager
Problem solve
Inspect vehicles to meet company standards
