Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Estimator/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cost estimating for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve subcontractor bids and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of documented experience in cost estimating.
• At least 5 years of experience as a lead estimator or project manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
