What Would You Do? The right candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles have a complete and accurate repair plan prior to entering production. This position works within the production team to achieve a complete and accurate estimate that will minimize supplemental damages and production delays. They evaluate and write up the estimate injunction with the technician performing a meticulous disassembly that exposes all damaged parts and related compromises. They are responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
What will you be responsible for?
- Ensures that an extensive disassemble process is completed on vehicle to create a complete and accurate repair plan and eliminate supplements.
- Writes a complete estimate based on facts from loss.
- Adheres to all DRP partner SOP's.
- Makes decisions regarding sublet repair processing as needed and coordinates the timing of sublet work to keep overall cycle time as low as possible.
- Continually communicates with front office/CSM's on status and process.
- Reviews customer needs with technicians and partner to develop solutions.
- Prepares and reviews reports relating to pre-repair plans, supplements, and parts usage.
- Keeps Production Manager apprised of performance levels and issues involving Technicians, or supplements.
- Responsibleforensuringthatallrepairsarecompletedrightfirsttime,inadherence withcompany's quality standards.

Do you have the necessary education and experience?
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Automotive trade or technical school preferred.
- 3-5 years estimating experience with DRP knowledge.
- 1 years’ experience with CCC One.
