Estimator - Gpac

Reputable General Contracting company with over 100 years in the industry is seeking to add an Estimator to the team. Looking for an Estimator with 2+ years of experience in commercial construction. This position is available due to a recent promotion within the team, and the ideal candidate will be ready to contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for various construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents
• Maintain and develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Stay up to date with industry trends and pricing

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction
• Strong background in general contracting
• Proficiency in Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, and Procore (training available if needed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
