ESTIMATOR - EARTHWORK/ EXCAVATION/ UTILITIES

We are seeking an Estimator with experience in Heavy Earthwork/ Excavation/ Utilities jobs. The Estimator will perform quantity take offs, cost analysis and competitive bidding while utilizing current estimating software. Bidding is typically lump sum, unit rate and cost plus estimates for a broad range of projects. This company is a growing and desirable team to join.

Requirements

• College degree related to Construction Management, Estimating, or Engineering.
  • Or equivalent experience/ degree preferred but not required 
• 3+ years of estimating experience in related field
  • Excavation, Grading, Earthwork, Underground Utilities
• Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, assist in developing a project schedule.
• Knowledge of construction practices, techniques and equipment.
• Strong computer skills including experience MS Office, AGTek and Bluebeam or related estimating software experience 
• Ability to work with a team and willing to promote teamwork.
