We're looking for a driven full-time Estimator - Estimating Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. ABOUT THE ROLE

This full-time estimation position enjoys a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Love overtime? We've got plenty! Occasional Saturday shifts may also be required, with some flexibility for remote work by approval.

As an Estimator - Estimating Specialist, you dive into project plans, analyze the scope of work, and develop precise, cost-effective bids. You're constantly collaborating-working hand-in-hand with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best pricing, and coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to keep projects on track. As the project evolves, you're always on the lookout for opportunities to optimize costs and prevent any hiccups. Whether it's crunching numbers or solving problems, your expertise is the key to ensuring every project exceeds our high-quality standards.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

• 2+ years of field experience as an HVAC installer
• Proven estimator experience in construction or a similar industry
• Strong proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail with an ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong math skills, an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent time management skills
• Team spirit with great communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with QuoteSoft or Fabrication ESTmep software
• Knowledge of HVAC installation and fabrication
