Position: Commercial Construction Estimator

Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator looking to make a change? We are seeking a motivated, detail orientated Estimator with a background in Diverse Commercial, K-12, Industrial, and Healthcare, and similar projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture.
• Proficient using estimating software such as MS Office Suite, Sage, Bluebeam, etc.
• Knowledge of complex building systems
• Experience working with deadlines, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, analytical, and mathematical skillset.
