A highly respected General Contractor with a strong backlog of projects is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. This commercial construction company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and a proven track record of managing commercial construction projects. The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team is essential!
The company prides itself on delivering exceptional client experiences from planning through project completion. The Estimator role is pivotal in providing clarity and ensuring value throughout the construction process.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction projects, including labor and materials.
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed.
- Develop and present budgets, reports, and project plans.
- Manage estimates for multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also being able to work independently.
Estimator Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects.
- B.S. in Construction Management or a related degree is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner.
