QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a minimum 5 years related working experience required in estimating steel plate fabrication.
Experience in steel fabrication is required
Must have outstanding leadership skills.
Must have excellent management, organizational skills, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must have a high level to attention to details.
Must have a great command of the English language both written and in spoken formats.
Must be proficient in reading blue prints.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related major from a four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of seven years of education and experience.
TRAVEL
Ability to travel out of state as needed
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to follow instructions, in a logical order, given in oral, written, or diagram form. Ability to apply quality standards against product and determine if defective and degree of defect. Ability to compile gathered information. Ability to solve practical problems with common sense.
