We are seeking an Estimator to provide precise cost estimations and technical reviews for structural steel projects, ensuring alignment with contract documents while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the estimation process.

What You Will Be Doing:
Prepare computer-aided and hand-take-off estimates for structural steel components.
Review vendor and sub-tier quotes to ensure compliance with contract documents.
Perform take-offs for various structural steel components and develop estimate summaries.
Identify and document specific requirements for projects, including buy-out items.
Assist in training Estimators-in-Training (EIT) positions.
What You Need for This Position:
5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the steel fabrication and erection process.
Construction industry experience.
Ability to review contract drawings and specifications.
Proficient in using software such as Bluebeam, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
We'd Be Delighted if You Have:
BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience reviewing structural steel contract drawings and specifications.
