System One is currently seeking an Estimator for an industry-leading client in the Pittsburgh, PA area.

- Determining the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labor for construction projects.
- Researching construction documents and analyzing specifications.
- Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.
- Managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions.
- Collaborating with contractors to evaluate risks, estimate timelines, and ensure projects stay within budget constraints set by clients.
- Preparing estimates of probable costs for labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts for the project based on quotations, schematic drawings and contract bids.
