Estimator/Project Manager - Gpac

Are you an experienced Estimator/PM with a passion for commercial and industrial painting? Join a fast-growing, people-centered painting contractor committed to excellence and growth. This is a foundational role where you'll develop a division focused on General Contracting Commercial work and take on challenging projects in floor coatings, carpentry, and industrial coatings.

Key Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years in Estimation/PM
• Experience with Commercial Paint/Industrial Coatings
• Driven, motivated, and positive attitude - hunger for setting goals
• Knowledge of the industry and working with General Contractors - Establishing relationships
• Bids yearly ideally 3.5M and up

Compensation: $80K–$110K base + commission (total up to $150K)
