The Role:
As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing accurate, competitive bids for civil construction projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and vendors to ensure that project estimates are precise and reflect the full scope of work. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and contribute to the success of a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including grading, underground, and paving work.
• Review plans and specifications to determine scope and develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy in the bidding process.
• Use industry-standard software (such as HCSS, Bluebeam, and Procore) to streamline estimating activities.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate pricing.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of field experience in civil construction, including underground, grading, or paving work.
• 3-4 years of experience in estimating within the civil construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in HCSS, Bluebeam, and Procore software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
