JobDescription
•MyClientCompanyservesInsurance-RepairContractorstosupportthemwithestimatingandadministrative requirements from Insurance Carriers.
•Youwillberesponsibleforunderstandingestimateandscopepreferences,internalqualityassurance,managing the delivery process, and maintaining client expectations for delivery times and quality of estimates.
•Youwillresolveanyissuesthatarisetoensurecustomersaresatisfiedwithour services.
•Inthisrole,youshouldbeanexcellentcommunicatorwhoisabletograspTPA/Carrier/Contractorrelations
andneeds,andbrainstormwaystosatisfythem.
•Ifyouhaveknowledgeofourindustryandahungertoimproveit,we’dliketomeet you.
•Yourgoalwillbetohelpussafeguardourrevenueandretainourclients.
