1. Experience in Desktop support management
2. Troubleshooting skills on Laptop/Desktop/Mobile Device Management
3. Printer and network troubleshooting
4. Experience in supporting video conference rooms, PC Lifecycle management
5. Experience supporting Data center activities
6. Good communication skills
7. Multi-tasking capabilities
8. Rigor to work for customer satisfaction and end user experience
9. Eagerness to research and explore new equipment, hardware and software technology
10. Good Health for lot of walking and bend and work for tracing and troubleshooting
11. PowerShell or any scripting knowledge
