Functions as a specialized research and evaluation professional with expertise in community-engaged practice and partnerships. Develops and implements a strategy to guide the coordination of program evaluation activities. Functions independently in the planning, coordinating, implementing, and tracking program evaluation activities including analyzing evaluation data to set goals and develop future directions in programming and practice. Provides advanced project management. Oversees evaluation activities such as data collection, analysis, and reporting in collaboration with coordinators and leadership team. Works closely with practitioners and coordinators to design, implement, and report program evaluation. Identifies evidence-based and community-engaged program evaluation practices created in response to program strengths and resources as identified by key stakeholders. Collaborates to identify questions, uncover new insights, and lead to program innovations and informed decisions guided by data and team input. Responsible for maintaining an inclusive work environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. Reports to the Associate Director of Operations. Performs responsibilities adjacent to Clinical Research Coordinator. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred. Must possess interpersonal and interprofessional communication skills and a track record cultivating healthy partnerships. Skilled in the use of personal computers and software applications. Proficiency/knowledge in one or more art form strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in program evaluation and participatory research are a plus.
- Previous experience managing large-scale program evaluations and/or sponsored research activities with a proven track record of successfully producing deliverables and meeting deadlines.
- Evidenced success in project management.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of University policies and procedures, particularly sponsored research (IRBs), MS Office programs, UF's myinvestiGator and UFIRST.
- Experience tracking and managing budgets and expenditures.
- Ability to think independently and make responsible decisions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proven ability to work well in a demanding fast-paced deadline-driven environment with the ability to adjust plans according to situation.
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, sound judgement, teamwork, and resourcefulness.
- Knowledge of the arts and their impacts on individual and community health and well-being.
- Experience in rural health, community partnerships, public health, minority health, or behavioral health, with a focus on early childhood, families, or social determinants of health, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Family Strengthening Framework, Asset Based Community Development, and Results Based Accountability is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics, virtual meetings, and communications platforms with an aptitude to learn the latest software.' - Ability to manage confidential information and coordinate complex projects.

- Access to reliable transportation is required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to adjust for occasional travel and weekend or evening meetings or events.
- A majority of time is spent exercising discretion, independent judgment and problem solving to manage project tasks, which include the use of dynamic databases and the production of high-level documents, which require a high level of software skills. May have supervisory responsibilities. Effective problem solving, writing and communication skills. Ability to multi-task working as part of a team or independently.
