We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of one of our clients facilities and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.

This position is located in the St. Johns Area. MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES OF Location, working Monday -Sunday after 6pm and or 815pm. Will discuss more during the interview. 

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, trash removal, restroom cleaning etc)
• Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Proven working experience as a cleaner, janitor or housekeeper
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity as this is a Key Holder position

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50/14.00per hour
