Seabrook Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Guest Services Lead to join our team. This position serves as the manager on duty during the late-evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in maintenance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Perform night audit procedures, including running end-of-day processes and generating audit reports.
- Perform a combination of tasks to uphold customer service and certain administrative tasks
- Identify and address operational issues and inefficiencies.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by assisting the safety team in responding to emergencies.
- Act as the manager on duty, overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot minor repairs.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for larger repairs and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and regulations
- Handling guest requests and concerns , directing other employees or departments accordingly
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
- Conduct end-of-day reconciliations and ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent customer service, strong verbal communications skills and follow-through abilities
- Capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of performance
- Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, accounting, word processing, invoicing and billing
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or relevant experience.
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, property management or like experience and a demonstrated ability to perform the essential job functions preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Must be willing to work between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):
- May be required to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Required to regularly communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
- Able to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
- Frequently move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work within varying temperatures indoors to outdoors; moving between buildings and working around moving equipment/machines
Hourly Rate: $20-22 per hour
