Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring that all details align with client expectations and objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision, providing timely updates.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on the day of the event.
• Provide on-site support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving any challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure seamless execution of each event.
• Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate event elements effectively.
• Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement and growth.
• Compile post-event reports and insights to assess the success of each event and identify areas for enhancement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not mandatory.
