Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring that all details align with client expectations and objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event goals and vision, providing timely updates.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff for smooth operations.
- Ensure all necessary materials and resources are organized and available on the day of the event.
- Provide on-site support during events, managing registrations, coordinating activities, and resolving any challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure seamless execution of each event.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to coordinate event elements effectively.
- Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement and growth.
- Compile post-event reports and insights to assess the success of each event and identify areas for enhancement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
