Event Assistant - Entry Level - MGN Foundation

We’re looking for an Event Assistant to join our team and support charity-driven events that make a real difference in the community. This is an entry-level position with ample opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing charity events from start to finish
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, equipment, and scheduling
• Support the Event Coordinator and team in ensuring smooth event operations
• Engage with event attendees, answering questions and providing information on behalf of our clients
• Help manage on-site event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support
• Track event materials and supplies, ensuring all items are ready and accounted for
• Gather feedback and report on event outcomes, providing insights for improvement
• Work closely with the marketing and promotions team to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• No prior experience or specific education required; training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally as needed for events
