About the Job
We are currently seeking 3-5 enthusiastic Event Assistants to join our dynamic team and help oversee our new clients and events launching this year. This is an entry-level position with fully paid training and a clear pathway for growth into an executive management role upon successful completion of our training program.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Maintain Public Image: Create and uphold a favorable public image for our clients.
- Coordinate Promotional Activities and Events: Plan and execute promotional activities that engage and excite target audiences.
- Leverage Consumer Relationships: Utilize existing relationships while cultivating new business contacts to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with various teams to promote brand recognition and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Assist in Marketing Material Selection: Help select and curate marketing and promotional materials to effectively represent our clients.
