About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Support low complexity marketing initiatives related to sponsorship events and brand engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of 5+ sponsored events annually, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, prospects, and consumers.
- Review and address basic tactical issues, policies, or procedures under the guidance of your supervisor.
- Develop a foundational understanding of marketing functions, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to create enhanced brand experiences at events, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
- Provide information and support to client personnel in Marketing as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (Mobile or Social Media), or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined parameters while following directives from supervisors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for diversity, inclusion, and creating impactful brand experiences.
