Job Description:
The Event Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both in-person and virtual. This role involves working closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure smooth event operations, manage logistics, and create memorable experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and participants to confirm event details.
- Help with event registration, guest lists, and attendee communication.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports and analyzing event outcomes.
- Manage inventory of event supplies and materials.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
