Job Description ASSIST Office Support Services LLC, in partnership with The Beat Lounge Ltd., is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Coordinator Intern. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, events, and artist development, and who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. The Event Coordinator Intern will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events aimed at supporting and promoting aspiring musicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including artist showcases,
- workshops, and networking events.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote events and engage the
- community.
- Manage event registrations, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Support in creating event materials, including programs, schedules, and promotional content.
- Assist in managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Provide on-site event support and handle any logistical challenges that arise.
- Gather feedback from event participants to improve future events.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Event Management, Marketing,
- Communications, or a related field (College Credit available).
- Strong interest in music, event planning, and artist development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Duration: 3-6 months
Compensation: Paid via stipend, with the potential for college credit
